Martin - Advantages of same sex marriage

In my point of view, same sex marriage should be allowed in all country. Nowadays, having a same sex partner is very common for most society. Allowing same sex marriage would lead the society to be more open-minded. According to Proffessor Hoco, allowing same sex marriage could broaden one's friendship network, rather than discriminating one and another. In my opinion, allowing same sex marriage could help to decrease suicide rate in a country, and it is also a result of society's welfare which all governments want to achieve. Besides that, it can also enhance human rights among the society. Based on a recent research from Human Rights University (HRU), countries that value human rights, such as, Australia, America and England, has higher standard quality of life and also stronger economy compare to countries like Malaysia, Indonesia and India that doesn't value human rights. In addition, human rights in a country does not only benefit the society, it also benefits both the society and a country's economy. Moreover, supporting same sex marriage could also benefit countries that are over populated, such as China. In China, it is against the law to have more than one child. The couple will face a certain amount of penalties if they break the law. According to China News, it stated that 76% of married couple abort their child, because they couldn't afford to pay the fines to have another child. In my point of view, same sex marriage should be allowed and also supported in China to decrease or either distinguish the cruelty of child abortion.
